SPDRs® in Australia
In Australia, SPDRs comprise the SPDR S&P/ASX 50 Fund, SPDR S&P/ASX 200 Listed Property Fund and the SPDR S&P/ASX 200 Fund. SSgA Australia is the investment manager of SPDRs. Units in SPDRs are offered for issue under a Product Disclosure Statement by State Street Global Advisors, Australia Services Limited (ABN 16 108 671 441), the responsible entity of SPDRs. AFSL 274900. A stockbroker wishing to apply for units will need to complete the application form accompanying the Product Disclosure Statement. Units are only issued in large parcels to stockbrokers acting as principal. Other investors can acquire units on the ASX through a stockbroker.
